Suggested Agenda:
1. Introductions, Minutes, Correspondence and Treasurer's Report.
2. Vote on DRAFT #5 of Recommended Changes in By-Laws by all ISAS Group Members present. 3. If vote by majority is favorable, the new ISAS Board will have six (6) Directors elected by the following 7S5 User Organizations: Independence Airpark Homeowner's Assn. (IAHA) Independence North Park Annex Airpark Homeowner's Assn. (INPAAHA) 7S5 Airport Lessee's Assn. (7S5 ALA)
7S5 Commercial Operators (HALH Aviation, HLM Services, Independence Fliers Inc., and Starduster Café)
Polk Chapter Oregon Pilot's Assn.
EAA Chapter 292, Inc.
4. The new ISAS Board of Directors election of officers.
+ Board Chair, must be member of the Board.
+ Vice Chair, may be Board member or from 7S5 Aviation Community.
+ Recorder, may be Board member or from 7S5 Aviation Community.
+ Treasurer, may be Board member or from 7S5 Aviation Community.

The final DRAFT (#5) of proposed changes in the ISAS Group By-Laws approved by the ISAS Group Board on May 12, 2004, was sent all members On May 12, 2004. All ISAS Group members are eligible to vote that are present at the Annual Meeting, June 16, 2004, at 7 pm in Gabel's hangar. Method of voting will be determined by the Board.

NOTICE: EAA Chapter 292 will conduct "Young Eagles" Flights for youth ages 8 through 17 on Saturday, June 12th from 9 am to 12 noon at EAA Hangar. Carole Gabel reports there is still room for more youth. Just come with parent or adult for permission.
