I am requesting the the IAHA Board of Directors allow Salem Sealcoat to drive on the taxiways to access the appropriate properties as they have done in the past.

DRAFT NOTICE REGARDING USE AND DAMAGE TO TAXIWAYS:

Residents are reminded that Article 2 of the CC&R’s prohibit the use of taxiways by motorized vehicles other than airplanes and emergency vehicles responding to an emergency or equipment required for taxiway repair and maintenance.  The property owner to whom a contractor or agent is responsible bears responsibility for the cost of repairs.  Any use must be coordinated with the Maintenance Chair.
