2.1  Buying and installing private property signs. These have been ordered. Do we have a delivery date and an install plan?

 

2.2  Gail Hill has taken on the responsibility for publishing the new roster. As we meet, she has asked the block heralds to get her updated information based on their knowledge by 8/15. The updated information will then be redistributed to the heralds for distribution to the individual homeowners who will have until 9/15 to verify the information to the heralds. The heralds will need to get the verifications to Gail by 9/15/ Gail expects to have the new roster completed by 9/30.

 

2.3  At the last meeting we decided not to publish a new homeowners booklet with the updated bylaws. Instead we will make the current version available on our web site. Has this been done?

 

2.4  Late fees for annual dues? Status?

 

2.5  Stinson Street collections/ODA coordination.

 

2.6  The tractor trailer and 5th wheel on Stinson. Did Kattie follow through on that?

3.1  Compliance with the CC&R’s. The Skylane taxiway case. ? The new fence on Bellanca taxiway. How do we want to deal with these? A letter to remove? An advisory letter? Wait until it becomes a problem?
