2. Testimony from Harry Mallet regarding motor home parking in violation of CC&R’s

3. Testimony from Miles Towner regarding drainage ditch

4. Review Architectural approval process; why was Miles Towner’s Ditch issue not resolved before architectural approval

5. Committee Reports:

a. Treasurers Report - Gail Hill

b. Maintenance - Craig Cowles and Lynn McDonald

i. Mower proposal

c. Architectural Chair - Greg Smith

6. Ingress Egress Access Agreement with ODA

a. Receipt of recorded version - Alan Wright

7. IAHA Hangar

a. Formally identify the hangar committee and committee chair

b. Determine what (if any) CC&R’s and bylaws will need to be changed

i. New board position?

ii. Authorization to spend IAHA funds on non taxiway maintenance items

iii. Draft rules regarding the use an maintenance of the hangar

c. Develop a proposal for including the North Park Annex in the construction and maintenance of the hangar.

d. Establish a time line of events

i. Develop CC&R and Bylaws change (if necessary)

ii. Hold information meeting for membership

iii. Hold CC&R and Bylaws vote (if necessary)

iv. File for a lease agreement with the ODA

v. Finalize design

8. Review IAHA position and tactics regarding the ODA divesture policy

a. Keep 7S5 off divesture list?

b. Oppose divesture of any state airport?

c. Identify person responsible for monitoring ODA board activities regarding divesture

d. Meet with ODA to discuss divesture policy, directly or through ISAS?

e. Develop a lobbying effort to repeal the divesture policy?

9. Review IAHA position and tactics regarding the ODA rates and fees policy

a. Lobby ODA to limit future increases to Airpark ingress/egress fees

b. Lobby ODA to receive the same 3% adjustment cap as the unimproved/improved land lease contracts
