- Ditch issues – what is the pleasure of the BoD? – There has been no clear consensus of a direction for IAHA to proceed.  Concerns have been expressed regarding the effectiveness of additional culverting and regarding potential IAHA  liabilities.   

- Long Range Taxiway Maintenance Plan – Taxiway Assessment evaluation to be based on the long range plan.

• President – Draft Board Ballot for 2011 to be sent out with Annual Assessment notices:

• Roster & Loud and Clear – Survey for electronic presentation – there were only seven responses at the last meeting – have more results come in?

• Annual Meeting Preparation – process discussion – the first Sunday of December will be the 5^th of that month – how have the Krummels responded to John’s question?

ITEMS FOR THE GOOD OF THE ORDER

• TTF in general:  The FAA has posted a revised version of 5190.6B and comments are due by Monday, October 25^th

Randy Hansen from the EAA has provided us with a copy of their draft comments and we have been invited to provide them with feedback.  You have a copy of their comments and the feedback I provided.  John Horn has also provided comments as well – in far more detailed form.  You are free to send your own individual comments, but it probably should be by tomorrow, Friday the 22^nd to be helpful to Randy.
