• Gary Van Horn and Norm Rainey, along with Eileen Thede, Kaaren McGlynn, Mitch Swecker, Mayor John McArdle, and Jim & Kathy Hubele have put together a series of videos called "Living at the Airpark." They are posted to help ensure we continue to enjoy the benefits of RTTF here at Independence Airpark by spelling out details of our agreements with the FAA. Here's the links for them:

• A link for the "IAHA Taxiway Etiquette and Taxiway Clearance Minimums" , which includes the illustration, has been posted; it can be downloaded and viewed by clicking in the "IAHA By-Laws and CC&Rs" section below.

• The version of the IAHA CC&Rs approved December 3 of 2017 by the Membership has been filed with the Polk County offices, and it can be downloaded and read by clicking on the link in the "IAHA By-Laws and CC&Rs" section below. (The By-Laws, revised in 2015, have also been recorded.)

• The current FAA regulations regarding residential TTF can be found in the following documents: Final Language in FAA Reauthorization Bill, and the Compliance Guidance Letter.

• The ODA has sent a letter to the Homeowners Association to assist in clarification of the FAA RTTF agreement as it pertains to Oregon airports. It can be read by clicking here.
